These Terms of Use apply to the RacePoint marketing website at racepoint.ca operated by Tall Guy Software (“we”, “us”). By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
These terms cover the public marketing site only. Paid RacePoint mapping services, Operations Centre access, and live GPS features are governed by the separate agreement, quote, or statement of work for your event.
This website describes RacePoint products and helps event organizers contact us. Information on the site is general and may change. Pricing, features, and availability can differ for a specific event.
Site content, branding, screenshots, and design are owned by Tall Guy Software or used with permission. You may view and share links to public pages for ordinary business evaluation. You may not copy the site to run a competing service, or reuse our trademarks in a way that suggests endorsement, without written permission.
The site may link to third parties (for example StreetOps, social profiles, or Google Forms). We are not responsible for their content or practices. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you leave racepoint.ca.
The website is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario and Canadian law, we disclaim warranties about uninterrupted availability, error-free content, or fitness for a particular purpose regarding this marketing site.
